1992 Mercedes-Benz SL500 R129

This 1992 Mercedes-Benz 500 SL (R129) is an early V8-powered example presented with its full service books and having remained with its current owner for approximately four years. It is powered by a 5.0 litre naturally aspirated M119 V8 producing 240 kW (322 hp), paired with a four speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. The odometer currently shows 199,160 km. Introduced in 1989, the R129 represented a major generational change for Mercedes-Benz’s SL, replacing the long-running R107 with a substantially more sophisticated roadster.
