Seller's Notes

This 993-generation Porsche 911 Turbo is a striking and particularly well-equipped version of the potent modern classic sports car, which boats the desirable X50 power kit and a host of ‘Exclusive’ cosmetic elements. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged air-cooled 3.6-litre flat-six, which with the X50 upgrade pack sends 331kW to all four wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox. The odometer displays a modest 65,354 kilometres from new. This 911 Turbo is believed to be one of the first cars commissioned through Porsche’s Exclusive Manufaktur department, and features genuine front and rear GT spoilers, and a number of carbon and aluminium interior touches. As noted above, this 911 Turbo was ordered with the desirable and rare ‘X50’ power kit, raising the already impressive output from 304kW to 331kW thanks to larger K24 turbos and intercoolers, a revised ECU, and a freer-flowing twin-pipe exhaust. The car was also specified a selection of carbon-fibre interior touches, oval stainless-steel tailpipes, a sunroof, and a top-tinted windscreen. It also features the rare option of genuine Porsche front and rear GT spoilers – as fitted to the 911 Carrera RS and GT2 models – which were fitted by the delivering Porsche dealership. This 911 Turbo is finished in the tasteful hue of Arctic Silver metallic over a Classic Grey leather-trimmed interior, with aluminium and carbon-fibre trim inlays. It rides on a set of 18-inch Techno-Rad wheels with Turbo script centre caps, framing red brake callipers, and shod in matching N-rated Michelin Pilot Sport tyres. The car will be accompanied by its original owner’s manuals, service book, a collection of maintenance invoices, the tool kit, and a 2020 Porsche technical certificate. Specific notes from the seller include: the car is in exceptional condition for its age, the interior trim is in very good condition with light creases on the seat cushions, but otherwise presents no discolouration or damage. The seller is not aware of any electrical or mechanical faults. This 911 Turbo’s most recent service was carried out in May 2023 by the technicians at Porsche Sydney South. The work comprised of an engine oil and filter change, along with the replacement of the battery. Prior to this, the car was serviced in September 2021 by marque specialist RS Porsche Auto Sport which was a routine service and repair of some turbocharger oil leaks, as well as in April 2021 by Porsche Centre Pretoria, which was a routine annual service as well as a clean of the exhaust system and the turbochargers. Equipped with the desirable X50 power kit and an array of ‘Exclusive’ body and interior parts, this 993-generation Porsche 911 Turbo is a particularly appealing example of the powerful and engaging modern classic performance car. Presented in highly original condition and benefitting from a recent service with a Porsche main dealer, would make an exciting and discerning addition to any collection of coveted modern classic sports cars. The description of this consignment is, to the best of the seller’s knowledge, accurate and not misleading.
