A stylish and refined British grand tourer, benefitting from a solid service history and presented in a handsome colour scheme. Under the bonnet sits a 5.9-litre naturally aspirated V12, delivering 420bhp to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission with steering wheel-mounted shift buttons. The odometer currently displays 83,689 miles. This right-hand drive, UK-market DB7 Vantage was first registered in July 2001. The car has been with the current owner for the last nine years, who imported it from the UK with professional compliance for Australian Design Rules. The appropriate cherished registration ‘VDB700’ is included in the sale. This DB7 Vantage is finished in Mendip Blue metallic over a Parchment leather-trimmed cabin with wooden inlays across the door cards, dashboard and centre console. It rides on a set of 18-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels with Aston Martin-badged centre caps and black brake callipers. Factory-fitted equipment includes air conditioning and electrically operated and heated front seats. An Alpine stereo has been fitted, offering Bluetooth compatibility and auxiliary input. The car is accompanied by the owner’s manual, service book, various receipts and invoices for work undertaken, the original toolkit, a replacement windscreen, and two keys plus fobs. A fitted indoor car cover is included, along with a wired-in trickle charger. There is no known bodywork damage. The Mendip Blue paintwork is in good condition and is said to have been previously resprayed on the front right wing. There are some minor stone chips on the front end, a scrape beneath the front spoiler, and a small patch of bubbling on the top of the passenger door. No significant marks or scuffs can be seen on the wheels, and the tyres are in very good condition. The front tyres are said to be a year old, and the rears are five years old. Moving inside, the cabin presents very well. There is a little creasing on the front seats, which is commensurate with the age and mileage of the vehicle, and a couple of very minor marks on the driver’s door card. There is a small crack in the bottom-left section of the front windscreen. A new windscreen is supplied with the car but will need to be fitted. The electric aerial is non-functional. There are no other known electrical or mechanical faults with the car. This DB7 Vantage was last serviced in April 2020 at 81,504 miles by Track Performance Solutions.
