This E92-generation BMW M3 is a fastidiously maintained example of the marque’s acclaimed modern performance hero, offered with three owners from new. Under the bonnet sits a naturally aspirated 4.0-litre ‘S65’ V8, delivering around 309kW to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with paddle shift. This Australian-market example has been with the seller and third owner for two years. This M3 has been driven and enjoyed as intended, but has been serviced at least annually without fail. The odometer shows 163,533 Kms from new. This example was specified in Silverstone II Metallic over an extended black Novillo leather-trimmed interior, punctuated by carbon-structure leather and aftermarket carbon-fibre trim accents. It rides on a set of 19-inch M Sport double-spoke diamond-cut alloy wheels, shod in Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres. The factory specification includes headlamp washers, front and rear parking sensors, an electric glass sunroof, a multifunctional steering wheel, cruise control, push-button start, dual-zone climate control, electrically adjustable heated front seats with two-position driver memory, and a BMW Professional media system with satellite navigation. This M3 now features a Cende titanium ‘valvetronic’ exhaust system with a supporting ECU tune, and heat lowered rear springs. The car comes with a fully stamped service booklet, the owner’s manuals with a black leather wallet, a sunshade, the locking wheel nut, a first aid kit, and tyre replacement tools. The original Silverstone II Metallic paintwork is reported to be in good overall condition given the car’s age and usage, though the seller notes stone chips on the front of the car. There are also minor scuffs on the lower edge of the front bumper and nearside rear sill, a small dent on the boot lid, cracks on the front bumper splitters. The exhaust system has a slight rattle in lower gears while shifting at low rpms; otherwise when the valves are open there is no rattle while driving. Moving inside, the cabin is in good shape. There is some creasing on the seats, minor wear on the driver and passenger seat bolsters, and a few other blemishes and marks around the interior as shown. The seller is not aware of any mechanical or electrical faults, and they state that there are no warning lights on the dashboard. This M3’s most recent engine oil and filter change was in May 2022 at 159,900 Kms by BMW Waverley, which also included an in-depth inspection. Another engine oil and filter change was in August 2021 at 155,695 Kms by Waverley BMW, which also included new brake discs and pads, as well as new brake fluid.
