INTRODUCTION Most 991.2 GT3 RSs have lived the life Porsche built them for. This example, however, has covered just 431 kilometres. That alone would make it both special and incredibly rare. But then, the specification makes it much more interesting. Weissach Package, lightweight forged magnesium centre-locking wheels and PCCB: three of the most desirable factory performance options available on the 991.2 GT3 RS, combined here on one car. All three of the big boxes ticked, and many more options on the lengthy spec list. CHROME TEMPLE offers an exceptionally rare opportunity to own what is highly likely one of the most desirable 991.2-generation RSs in the country. And with the entry point for a 991.2 being so attractive, is now the time to acquire one? Ultra-low kilometres, massive “trifecta” specification, impeccably preserved… this is the definition of a future classic. VEHICLE HIGHLIGHTS With just 431 km from new, this Australian-delivered 991.2 GT3 RS starts with three things that cannot be recreated later: condition, specification and kilometres. Its time-capsule condition is matched by a factory specification built around the highly desirable trifecta of Weissach Package, forged magnesium wheels and PCCB, three of the most important performance options available on the model. The 991.2 was the first GT3 RS offered with Weissach, bringing further lightweight carbon-fibre components through the chassis, body and interior, while also allowing buyers to specify the optional forged magnesium centre-locking wheels. PCCB completes the performance trio with 410 mm front and 390 mm rear ceramic discs and distinctive yellow callipers. The PCCB dimensions are directly confirmed by Porsche’s technical data. Finished in Black (A1 / colour code 041), the exterior is a comparatively understated interpretation of an otherwise extroverted RS. With this one, it’s all in the detail. Satin Black magnesium wheels sit beneath the bodywork, allowing the vents, aerodynamic elements and fixed rear wing to define the shape. Full paint protection film has helped preserve the exterior throughout its exceptionally limited use and its subtle satin black side decals add further detail. Inside, Black leather is paired with extensive Alcantara detailing, contrasting yellow stitch and 918 Spyder-derived carbon full bucket seats. Racing Yellow seat belts echo the PCCB callipers, while white instrument dials and a white Chrono stopwatch add contrast. Leather extends across the dashboard, transmission tunnel and steering-column casing, with Alcantara sun visors and belt outlets and illuminated carbon-fibre door sill guards completing the cabin. Behind it all sits Porsche Motorsport’s 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six, producing 383 kW at 8,250 rpm and 470 Nm at 6,000 rpm, with a maximum engine speed of 9,000 rpm. Power goes exclusively to the rear wheels through a seven-speed PDK transmission, while rear-axle steering and an extensively ball-jointed suspension arrangement give the 991.2 GT3 RS the precision expected of the badge. Those exact power, torque and engine-speed figures are factory correct. Porsche Centre servicing is recorded throughout, with the most recent visit completed at Porsche Centre Willoughby in June 2026 at 392 km. Porsche warranty has also been extended through to June 2030.
