V Spec II (2000 to 2002)

The Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II was a variant of the R34 GT-R that debuted in 2000. The V-Spec II was the successor to the V-Spec I, featuring various improvements. Most notable among these upgrades were larger brake rotors, a carbon fibre hood with a NACA duct, and stiffened suspension. Other updates included different turn signal lenses, a black cloth interior, and aluminum pedals. Power came from Nissan's famed RB26DETT twin-turbo inline six engine, which drove all four wheels through a 6 speed manual transmission. A total of 1,855 examples of the R34 Skyline GT-R V-Spec II were built before the end of production in 2002.
