Seller's Notes

This Holden WB Ute is an iconic Australian-built utility vehicle, which is reported to remain highly original. It is powered by a 3.3-litre inline-six engine, driving the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission. First registered in Australia, it has had just two owners from new. The odometer shows 268,830 km. The WB Ute represents the final iteration of the classic 'full size' Kingswood commercial vehicle, before the switch to the Commodore variants from 1990 onwards, making it a desirable piece of Australian automotive history. It is finished in Maranello Red over a Buckskin Tan vinyl interior. The car is fitted with extractors, but the original manifold is included in the sale. Equipment includes power steering, bucket seats, and a centre console. It is accompanied by some service receipts and keys. The original handbook and service book are not with the car, though some past service and registration records can be provided to the new owner. Please refer to the photo gallery to assess the exterior and interior condition. Specific notes from the seller include: The rear passenger side panel and the sill under the front windscreen have been repainted, but other paint is reported to be original. The Maranello Red finish shows stone chips and an aging patina consistent with a working utility vehicle. There is wearing where a tarp fits over the back tray, and the inside of the tray shows paint removed, revealing the galvanised surface. The Buckskin Tan vinyl interior features seats that have been covered since new, though the driver's seat shows wear on the rear right-hand side. The headrests have some sun damage on their tops, and there is wearing on the top of the driver's side door upholstery. The seller states that it was most recently serviced in May 2025 at 268,830 km. This reportedly included a full service, grease and oil change, new manifold gasket, replacement of the windscreen washer hose, and repair of the handbrake warning light. The Holden WB Ute is a cherished piece of Australian automotive heritage, representing the final evolution of the beloved Kingswood commercial vehicle. This particular example presents with a charming patina and a robust inline-six engine. It would make a characterful addition to any collection of classics, or a nostalgic and practical companion for weekend duties and local shows.
